Hendrik specializes in large and complex restructuring and transformation programs. He has a sharp focus on fast implementation of cash and EBITDA benefits, especially in highly distressed situations. Hendrik has led several projects in the areas of financial planning, treasury, and cash management to ensure sufficient liquidity and headroom for meeting financial requirements. And he has served as financial advisor and head of a central project management office to drive the execution and implementation of an overall turnaround program while managing all critical stakeholders. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Roland Berger and Deloitte.
Hendrik has a PhD in entrepreneurial finance from Georg-August University in Göttingen, Germany.
