Hiroyuki has extensive experience not only in developing management and business strategies, but also in supporting their implementation until they are realized.
He has experience in cost structure reform, sales improvement, operational process and organizational structure reform, and efficiency improvement through the use of digital technology, mainly in the manufacturing, financial institution, and information and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, he worked in management consulting at BCG and A.T. Kearney, and in system development and technology sales at IBM Japan. Graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Engineering.
