SUMMARY
Ian's clients have benefited from his playing a key role in a number of major cross-border restructurings in the automotive industry. His more recent experience has been in banking, when he led the on-site project management office team at bankrupt SNORAS bank for three years, being personally responsible for the management, runoff, and ultimate sale of the corporate and retail loan book. He was also loan book specialist in the forensic investigation of another east European bank. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Ian was in a wide range of executive positions in industry, based in the United Kingdom and Germany, primarily in the automotive components industry.
