He also provides consulting services in litigation cases involving breach of contract, intellectual property infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer, tortious interference, partnership disputes and post-acquisition disputes.
John has an MBA in finance, accounting, and managerial economics from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is a certified public accountant and holds professional accreditations as a CMA, CVA, CFF, and ABV.
