Jim has more than 20 years of management and restructuring experience and regularly advises debtors across all areas of the restructuring process, including bankruptcy preparation, plan negotiations, business planning, liquidity management, due diligence, and asset sales.
He has extensive experience in finance and treasury management, complex asset sale transactions and has held multiple interim management roles.
Jim has an MBA with distinction from the University of Notre Dame and is a member of many professional organizations including the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and has received industry recognition for his teams’ role in the NPC International restructuring (TMA).
