SUMMARY
Jamie has over 13 years’ experience working in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy field. He has extensive experience in the administration of all aspects of Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases including pre-filing preparations, preparation of statements of financial affairs and schedules of assets and liabilities, executory contract assumption/rejections, claims reconciliation, and transfer of claims. Jamie also has extensive claim resolution and review experience in class action/mass tort matters and SEC receivership cases. Jamie spent five years working in the corporate bankruptcy department of the law firm Kirkland & Ellis before spending five years in the restructuring/claims management services department of the consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal.
