Laurent is a seasoned director with 24 years of experience in both consulting and corporate. He has developed a functional expertise in operations in the areas of sourcing procurement, R&D, and supply chain, covering strategy definition, implementation, and interim management. Laurent’s experience also encompasses the M&A cycle: operations due diligence/red flag, carve-out, and value improvement of participations. Laurent has engaged mainly in the industrial products, aerospace and defense, automotive, high-tech, consumer goods, luxury, and energy sectors. Laurent has a master’s degree from EDHEC Business School.
