He has valued hundreds of companies and assets for diverse purposes, advised companies and creditors operating in Chapter 11 and workout environments, assessed corporate solvency and analyzed issues related to fraudulent conveyance, led intercompany claims analyses, conducted liquidation analyses, analyzed damages for litigation purposes, and been accepted as a financial and valuation expert in courts around the country.
He has also been an investment banker and hedge fund analyst. Marc has an MBA in accounting, finance, and strategy with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder).
