SUMMARY
Mario has almost 10 years of experience in the fields of debt restructuring, distressed situations, and corporate finance in a multi-industry environment. In the past, he was involved in a number of financial and industrial advisory engagements across several industries, including shipping, oil & gas, aerospace, and machinery. Mario's main professional focus is on the financial aspects of turnaround, on the support of clients' business planning, on financial proposal structuring, on short-term cash flow forecasting, and on sell-side assistance. He has also performed independent business reviews and given postrestructuring monitoring and M&A support to clients in multiple industries. Before joining AlixPartners, he was a senior consultant to the corporate restructuring team of Ernst & Young.
Mario has a Master of Science cum laude in business administration and corporate finance and control from Bocconi University in Milan.
