Mario has 13 years of experience in the fields of financial planning and analysis, finance transformation and CFO support.
He focuses on supporting leading PE funds across all stages of the investment, from due diligence to first 100-days plan, to transformative add-on acquisitions and post-merger integration. Mario has 360° view on value creation levers across revenue improvement and cost optimization, being involved in both preparation and execution of ambitious value creation plans.
Mario has a spike in corporate finance and financial planning, with interim roles in treasury, FP&A, CFO support and is part of the Interim CFO Network within AlixPartners.
He partners with CFOs and private equity owners in creating transparency and visibility on the Company results, redesigning the finance function organization and processes, performing budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for large multi-entity groups.
He constantly keeps updated with recent trends in finance function enhancement and transformation, including RPA, Process Mining, data analytics and digital tools for finance.
Mario has working experience in Italy and France.
Before joining AlixPartners, he was a senior consultant to the corporate restructuring team of Ernst & Young and holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bocconi University.
