He provides interim management and advisory services for distressed companies, lenders, and unsecured creditors in both bankruptcy cases and out-of-court situations. His experience spans all areas of the restructuring process, including working-capital management, financial planning, valuation, insolvency-related litigation, counterparty negotiations, bankruptcy reporting, claims management, and the sale of assets.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a certified public accountant in the state of California and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
