Matt has more than 20 years of financial and restructuring experience in such industries as healthcare, restaurants, retail, industrials, media, energy, gaming, real estate and building products. He has provided advisory services for troubled companies and their stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Matt’s clients benefit from his expertise in many areas of restructuring, such as creditor negotiations, liquidity management, asset dispositions and distressed sales, and special-situation financings. Previously, he was with the restructuring and special-situations group at Duff & Phelps (formerly, Chanin Capital Partners) and the financial restructuring group of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin. Matt has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
