Michael has more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience and brings to bear a wealth of insight and expertise to his industrial manufacturing clients. With diversity of experience, Michael wields an impressive tool kit based on a record of establishing symbiotic strategic relationships with key sourcing or supply chain partners to deliver the dual outcomes of technical cost reduction and optimization of supply chain. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was a principal at Oliver Wyman, and, in the domestic auto industry, a senior project engineer at Nissan. Michael has an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Oakland University.
