During his career, Mark has analyzed economic and financial issues, assisted in financial restructuring and bankruptcy engagements, analyzed fraudulent conveyance and preference actions, analyzed solvency, investigated fraud and accounting irregularities, prepared lost-profits and damage analyses, and valued a wide range of assets, securities, and businesses. Clients benefit from Mark’s experience in over 30 industries. He has testified as a valuation, solvency, accounting, and damages expert in federal court, bankruptcy court, state court, American Arbitration Association arbitrations and JAMS arbitrations. Mark has an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder).
