Mark is a Partner in the eDiscovery & Data Forensics practice at AlixPartners, based in Washington, DC. Mark helps clients navigate the discovery phase of litigations and investigations, focusing on the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information.
Mark advises clients on best practices, custom workflows, and in the use of technology assisted review. As a former information technology professional and practicing lawyer, Mark brings a unique background and perspective and understanding to his engagements.
Mark holds a BA with a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Delaware and a JD from Delaware Law School.
