Pascal has accumulated almost 20 years of experience in performance improvement and operational restructuring, with a clear functional spike in operations ranging from product development and program management to manufacturing, customer support and services, and digital transformation. He has strong expertise in the aerospace and defense, automotive, high-tech, and airline sectors. He was in industry as a line manager in automotive manufacturing at Sagem and in product development in the high-tech sector at Schlumberger before joining AlixPartners. Pascal has a Master of Science in industrial engineering and operations research from the University of California, Berkeley.
