He has almost 20 years of management and consulting experience in dealing with challenging situations, having served as chief restructuring officer and CFO in the industrial goods industry and in transformation and restructuring consulting. Patrick works with medium-size companies as well as conglomerates and has gained international management experience in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, India, and China. He has successfully developed transformation, value creation and growth concepts; implemented transformations, turnarounds, growth strategies, and wind downs; and conducted postmerger integrations.
