Rick brings over 25 years of experience as a CFO, corporate controller and treasurer and as an advisor to a variety of manufacturing, distribution, and service companies. He is a driven professional, a hands-on leader, and has been involved in most areas of accounting and finance, including cash management, treasury and banking, accounting systems, human resources, employee benefits, financial planning and budgeting, and financial reporting. He also has worked with clients in developing, evaluating and implementing business plans, cash flow projections, managing liquidity, analyzing customer part profitability, developing operational restructuring and cost reduction programs and managing employee redundancies.
Rick is an effective communicator and has successfully managed teams in North America and Europe and worked with a wide variety of companies.
