He has engaged in due diligence, target-operating-model development, and cost reductions around various functional areas such as customer care, finance, human resources, IT, legal-service delivery, and R&D in product management and software engineering.
Rahul has extensive experience in delivering transformational improvements in midsize and large organizations, for which he has built new digital businesses and capabilities plus significant cost-takeout programs.
Before AlixPartners, he was an executive at J.P. Morgan wholesale banking and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Rahul has an MBA in operations and information management and a Master of Arts in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania’s Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management & International Studies.
