Swagnik is experienced in operations management, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering in automotive and industrial companies. Swagnik’s professional experience covers the full value chain of the automotive industry, including OEM, Supplier, and Aftermarket. His expertise lies in the manufacturing space with projects ranging from manufacturing footprint optimization to plant performance improvement. He has also exhibited a strong track record on technical cost reduction, purchasing cost reductions and purchasing synergy assessments.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Swagnik worked in Japan as an engineer at Toshiba’s Railway & Automotive systems division.
Swagnik has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a major in Finance and Strategy and speaks English, Japanese, Spanish, and Hindi.
