SUMMARY
Shea has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, engineering, manufacturing, and quality in the global light-vehicle, commercial-vehicle (CV), and off-highway-equipment industries. His areas of expertise span product development and innovation, product strategy, and operational efficiency. Shea has worked extensively in both North America and Latin America. Before joining AlixPartners he was vice president of consulting at AVL.
Shea has an MBA from the University of Michigan.
