Steph specializes in mergers, acquisitions, and divesture planning in the Technology sector. He has advised clients in several multi-billion-dollar deals as well as numerous smaller ones—across the buy side, the sell side, and in support of initial public offerings. Steph’s clients benefit from his expertise in transformation governance, change management, operational due diligence and back-office carveout and integration. Prior to AlixPartners, Steph started his career with Diageo (global alcoholic beverage manufacturer), where he held several roles across supply chain and product commercialization.
Steph has an MBA from INSEAD.
