Stefan has more than 35 years of industry experience in functioning as a senior leader in complex global business scenarios who has overseen high growth, profitability, and start-up new ventures and solved turnaround problem situations. Stefan’s clients benefit from his broad experience in serving in supplier management, in conducting operational turnarounds, and in overseeing product launches of electronics and mechanical systems. Stefan has proven skills in manufacturing improvements, new program launches, and organizational transformations, with a focus on performance optimization. His multicultural background has been instrumental in guiding businesses in the Americas, Europe, and Asia through significant organic growth as well as in making acquisitions and guiding joint ventures. Previously, he was president of the active safety division of Autoliv and vice president of Ford and GM’s global business units.
Stefan has a master’s in degree in electrical engineering from Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany.
