Taisuke Kume

Taisuke has approximately 40 years of experience in the automotive and auto parts industry. His clients benefit from his expertise in the manufacturing management field. Prior to joining AlixPartners, he was with Nissan, leading various operating functions such as process engineering, factory management, new model production development, and overseas production development. At Johnson Controls, he was Vice President of the production department. Before that, he was President and CEO of an auto parts company and developed the world's preeminent factory management system that is the benchmark of best business practice.
