With more than 15 years of experience in the areas of footprint optimization, production cost reduction, and factory performance improvement, Xing has expertise that spans across operational value creation and its implementation. Key projects have included manufacturing and distribution footprint design as well as productivity and factory cost target setting and achievement. He has held interim roles in manufacturing and has performed operational due diligences. Clients have benefited from Xing’s strong mind-set and achievements in financially driven operational improvement. Previously, he was with Porsche and with Ernst & Young corporate finance.
Xing has a PhD in production technology from Fraunhofer Institute for Production Systems and Design Technology.
