Our process

While it varies depending on the role or team, an example interview process at AlixPartners looks like this...

1. Recruiter interview

Speaking with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll have the opportunity to share your relevant experience, career goals and interest in the role.

Your interviewer will provide background about the role and team and answer questions you have about AlixPartners and our culture.

2. Hiring team interview

Building off this initial conversation, you will have the opportunity to learn more about the role and the specific team dynamics, while we explore how your unique skills relate to the position. We encourage you to ask probing questions at this stage. This discussion is an opportunity for you to understand if the team, and how the day-to-day expectations and growth prospects of the position, align your goals and interests.

3. Assessment

We learn about you through the use of psychometric and personality-based tools that help us understand your unique traits, abilities, interests, and motivations. Through the assessment, we are interested in learning about how you work, what motivates you, and how you solve problems.  

4. Case interview and/or technical and skills assessments

Depending on the role, the next step in the process is a case interview and/or a technical or skills assessment. Your recruiter will share information about required assessments at the outset of the process.

5. Final team interviews

By now, we’ve learned a lot about your work style and the skills you can bring to AlixPartners. This final set of interviews will give you the opportunity to meet more members of the team and other key stakeholders with which you might collaborate.
