As we continue to cope with remote working, and then transition to the new normal working model, providers of critical infrastructure also have to cope with malicious outsiders seeking to extract ransoms or simply sabotage our utilities. The only solution is a relentless focus on security basics and agility as the working model evolves, recognising that different end points will be exposed and attackers will continue to try and find weak points.
