AlixPartners and Chief Executive Magazine partner on 2017 CEO of the year selection process, which named Henry Schein's Stanley Bergman CEO of the year

AlixPartners, the global advisory firm, offered congratulations today to Stanley Bergman, CEO of Henry Schein, who was named Chief Executive magazine’s CEO of the Year. Ted Bililies, AlixPartners’ Managing Director, Chief Talent Officer, and Global Head of Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness, served as the exclusive advisor to the CEO of the Year selection committee. The committee is a group of peer CEOs from Marsh & McLennan, NCR, Grand Reserve Inns, Caret Group, XLR-8, Deloitte, RR Donnelley, EY, Schnitzer Steel, AT&T, and the Yale School of Management. Dr. Bililies will also address 160 top CEOs and guests at the award ceremony, to be held at the New York Stock Exchange.
As an expert in best practices for CEO selection and success, AlixPartners advised the CEO of the Year selection committee in weighing a multitude of variables and criteria to identify the year’s best CEO. CEOs are nominated for the CEO of the Year Award by their peers via a ballot through Chief Executive magazine and online at ChiefExecutive.net. The 10 most frequently nominated CEOs are considered finalists.

The CEO of the Year is presented on the cover of the summer issue of Chief Executive magazine and the winner will be feted at the CEO of the Year Award Dinner and Celebration held annually each summer at the New York Stock Exchange.
