Deal announcement - AlixPartners advises Cenveo Worldwide Limited (“Cenveo”) on successful sale of its Custom Labels Group
NEW YORK (June 23, 2022) – AlixPartners, the global consulting firm, has advised Cenveo, a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes and custom labels, on the successful sale of its Custom Labels Group to Brook + Whittle, a Genstar Capital portfolio company.

AlixPartners, as a trusted carve-out and operational advisor, developed a plan to optimize and split Cenveo’s corporate shared services organization between its custom labels and envelopes business units, prepared standalone long-term business plans, and supported the company in its sell-side diligence process.
The AlixPartners team was led by Managing Director Eric Koza and Senior Vice President Alex Chernov. AlixPartners has a long-standing relationship with Cenveo, having previously advised the company on multiple carve-out transactions in 2019-2021.
