AlixPartners to Acquire Zolfo Cooper to expand restructuring

“There’s been a lot more consolidation in the restructuring space lately, and while we’re not looking to make a lot of acquisitions, when this opportunity came along we couldn’t pass it up,” said Lisa Donahue in an interview.
