Emily Harte and Josiah Brand, both members of the firm’s Turnaround and Restructuring Services (TRS) practice, will be recognized June 10, at the M&A Advisor Awards Gala in New York City.

Through these awards, The M&A Advisor recognizes leading turnaround, M&A, and financing professionals who have reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community.

“We are delighted that Josiah and Emily are being recognized for their outstanding client work and demonstrated leadership,” said Lisa Donahue, Managing Director and Global Leader of Turnaround and Restructuring Services at AlixPartners.

“Emily has mastered the technical skills of corporate restructuring, but true value for a client in a difficult situation is derived from experience. Emily continually demonstrates the breadth of her experience when delivering high-quality work products for clients,” said Donahue. “Josiah’s experience as a Marine Corps platoon commander instilled leadership and interpersonal skills that have helped him stand apart in his consulting engagements. He is adept at developing high-performing teams that work well in critical situations. We congratulate Emily and Josiah on their achievements and wish them continued success in their careers.”
