General Motors jumps into peer-to-peer car sharing

Alexandre Marian, a director in AlixPartners’ automotive practice, estimates there are 2 to 3 million people in the U.S. who pay to rent a vehicle through peer-to-peer car sharing, though that number includes many non-active users.
