Beatrix Morath is the Local Market Leader for Switzerland, the global Co-Leader of Emerging Industries and the EMEA Leader for the Industry Group Restaurants, Hospitality, Travel and Leisure at AlixPartners. She also leads the global alumni program of AlixPartners. She brings over 30 years of professional experience, with over 25 years in consulting.
With a focus on consumer-focused industries such as consumer goods, retail, travel, hospitality, and leisure, as well as media, Beatrix works closely with senior executives and board members to develop winning concepts and drive step-change improvements in operating and financial performance. Her expertise spans a wide range of areas including whole company transformation, efficiency improvement, restructuring, due diligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, reorganization, and strategy review.
Before joining AlixPartners, Beatrix led Roland Berger Switzerland, following a career start in banking. She holds a degree in business administration from Fachhochschule Pforzheim in Germany and Hanzehogeschool Groningen in the Netherlands. Beatrix currently serves on the Board of Directors of AlixPartners, the Board of Global Dignity, and the Advisory Board of the Department of Economics at the University of Zurich. In the past she served on the the global Board of Directors of AlixPartners as well as on the board of mid-sized privately owned companies.
