Daniel has more than 40 years of experience in litigation services. Since the mid 1970s, he has continuously provided consulting and expert-witness services in various litigation matters. His clients benefit from his range of experience in resolving financial, accounting, and economic issues in those litigations such as matters involving accounting misstatements and malpractice, civil and criminal fraud, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, single business enterprise and alter ego, intellectual property infringement, lost profits, and lost-value and reasonable-royalty damages. He has been a guest speaker on the subject of fraud on several occasions—including National Litigation Support Services Association Annual Conferences and American Institute of CPAs Litigation Services Conferences—and at the University of Texas.
