With over 17 years of experience across retail, consumer, and manufacturing sectors in the U.S. and internationally, Jon is known for his ability to engage diverse stakeholders, build consensus, and drive meaningful change.

Jon's functional experience spans strategy and operations, with a particular focus on merchandising, private brands, and strategic sourcing. In those areas, Jon has helped clients realize value through a wide range of approaches from growing and optimizing private brands to building world-class sourcing organizations. For example, Jon helped a specialty retailer craft a long-term strategy to grow private brand penetration and improve margins—bringing together merchandising, sourcing and marketing leaders to co-create a roadmap for sustainable growth. In another engagement, Jon partnered with an apparel wholesaler to develop its future sourcing country mix and global operating model, enabling the organization to deliver on its strategic objectives while enhancing operational efficiency.

Jon has a Master of Science in strategic management from Erasmus University's Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands.
