Andrew provides critical advice in a range of situations for a range of clients and stakeholders.
He has over 20 years of experience in advising and acting for companies, private-equity holders, secured lenders, and other stakeholders of stressed and distressed companies by providing advice in a number of different engagements in the areas of financial restructuring, contingency planning, project management, and formal insolvency, including cross-border elements.
Recently, he undertook a 10-month secondment to the business support unit of a major UK clearing bank. Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in finance and business law from the University of Strathclyde and is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
