Scott has more than 27 years of experience in large and complex restructurings and delivering transformation services across private and public companies. He has broad leadership experience in complex financial transactions and restructurings in the Energy sector and across a broad swath of industries in the United States and globally. Scott has extensive technical, operational and managerial expertise in the Energy sector with deep experience in upstream oil and gas, oilfield services, midstream, manufacturing support, refining and both conventional and renewable power generation alternative energy. He focuses on turnaround and restructuring, interim management and performance improvement. He has served many times as an interim c-suite officer and as chief restructuring officer and in his career has advised both debtors and creditors.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Scott's career that began as a practicing technical expert with a major integrated energy company and as an energy investment professional at GE's Structured Finance and Energy Financial Services groups where he participated in and/or oversaw more than 100 energy and energy infrastructure investments in the United States and globally. Scott has served on a number of public and private boards of directors. He is a member of a number of technical and restructuring professional organization. Scott brings a unique blend of technical, investment and senior executive experience to his clients.
