Ted has over 25 years of experience in consulting and industry. Ted’s clients include manufacturers of highly engineered automotive and industrial products that seek help to meet aggressive profit targets, to increase cash flow in support of growth, or to meet acquisition goals in post-merger environments. Previously, he was a managing director at Deloitte Consulting, where he led the firm’s direct materials cost reduction offering and focused on large operations and supply enabled cost reduction transformations. Ted has an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a master’s degree in engineering from Michigan State University.
