Julian is the EMEA Growth practice lead and has over 25 years wide-ranging consulting experience specializing in performance improvement and profitable growth. Revenue and EBITDA increases are typically driven from a combination of improving sales, pricing and marketing capabilities, coupled with strategic cost reduction and improved working capital utilization across supply chain, manufacturing and procurement functions. Extensive expertise in pre/post M&A, ongoing performance improvement and restructuring/turnaround scenarios. Before joining AlixPartners, Julian was the global head of commercial strategy at both Accenture and KPMG.

He has wide cross-industry experience including Private Equity, Consumer and Industrial Products, Hospitality and Leisure, Technology and Manufacturing, Building Materials, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Education and Not-for-Profit industries. 

Julian has a Master of Electronic Engineering from The University of Southampton, Universität Karlsruhe and L'École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Électrotechnique et Électronique.
