Steven Lepine is a leader in the Energy and Process Industries practice and the head of our Mining and Metals sector in the Americas.
He has extensive experience across the mine-to-market value chain and with a host of commodities including industrial, battery, and other critical metals. While primarily serving clients in the Americas, Steven works across projects and operating assets globally.
Steven brings clients 20 years of consulting and private equity experience and is a recognized leader in the mining industry. He has particularly deep expertise in the design and execution of mega projects, strategic portfolio optimization, shaping capital plans and go-to-market strategies, and driving cost reduction and productivity enhancement in operating assets.
Steven has served on boards at work readiness non-profits and for multiple software companies focused on financial technologies and business operations.
Steven holds a master’s degree with honors from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business.
