At AlixPartners, he has reviewed significant regulatory and non-regulatory IT programs up to 800m€ budget, assessed IT organizations, shaped the technology roadmap, and led implementation projects. Daniel also executes buy-side Due Diligences with a focus on IT effectiveness and efficiency as well as Cyber Resilience.
