Yuval specializes in advising companies undergoing significant transition in turnarounds, restructurings as well as undertaking strategic initiatives such as sales, IPOs and carve outs, typically by serving as a financial advisor or in senior interim management roles.
With a hands-on, collaborative approach, Yuval has deep expertise in developing models and processes related to liquidity forecasts, business plans and budgets, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve visibility into the business to facilitate decision-making.
Drawing on experience across a wide range of industries, Yuval quickly learns each client’s business model and tailors his approach accordingly. His multidisciplinary background in accounting, law and strategic financial advisory allows him to deliver insights through multiple lenses and add value beyond the numbers.
Yuval began his career at PwC. He holds a B.A. in Accounting and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in Israel. He is a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), as well as a CPA in California and Israel, and an attorney at law in Israel.
