Yuval leads global companies to achieve access to capital markets through SPAC mergers, IPOs and other kinds of offerings, and the execution of other strategic initiatives such as business combinations, sale transactions and setting up of tax-efficient global structures.
Working in-house or holding interim management and consultants roles, Yuval has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance focused on analyzing and concluding on technical accounting and financial reporting matters of complex transactions under US GAAP and IFRS, analyzing existing processes and controls and identifying recommendations to correct gap deficiencies in internal controls over financial reporting, and performing transaction due diligence, working capital, cash management and tax consulting and reporting projects.
Prior to AlixPartners, he was with PwC. Yuval has a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and a Bachelor of Laws, both from Tel Aviv University in Israel. He is a certified public accountant in California and Israel and an attorney at law in Israel. He is fluent in Hebrew and English.
