Thomas Prince is a Senior Vice President in the Turnaround and Restructuring practice at AlixPartners. He has advised both debtors and creditors, in and out of court, providing support on complex restructurings through business plan development, liquidity forecasts, valuations, litigation support, bankruptcy preparation and administration, sales processes, and plans of reorganization. Thomas has extensive experience with official committees of unsecured creditors across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Thomas was a Senior Associate at a leading turnaround, restructuring, and operational improvement firm. Thomas began his career at EY as a consultant.
In 2022, Thomas received the highest score on the Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor examination.
Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University (LSU).
