Adrian is a consulting professional with a background in investment banking and management consulting. He has strong end-to-end execution experience in M&A deals and is skilled in executing strategic evaluations, project management, financial modeling and company valuations. He has engaged in more than 30 cross-border projects across multiple industries and company situations, advising large publicly listed companies, small and midsize enterprises, private-equity (PE) firms, government agencies, entrepreneurs, and start-ups. Adrian gained that experience in industries such as TMT, gaming and lodging, healthcare, consumer goods, retail, industrials, automotive, and real estate.
Prior to joining AlixPartners, Adrian worked for the management consulting firm Roland Berger and numerous mid-market investment banks in the US and Germany.
Adrian has an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and Yale School of Management. He also has a Master’s degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University.
