Mitsuru has gained much consulting experience by supporting several clients from inorganic growth perspectives, in M&A executions, in the restructuring of clients’ subsidiaries, and in corporate strategy development. Before joining AlixPartners, he was with a Big Four consulting firm, giving M&A life cycle support, from M&A strategy development and target screening to closing.
