Masahisa has more than 15 years of professional experience as a management consultant with business experience as an engineer. His expertise covers R&D optimization, procurement cost reduction, manufacturing value-up, sales force reform, quality improvement and forensics of quality fraud, and new business development in the industrial products, auto parts, and food-manufacturing industries. Previously, he was a manufacturing engineer at Daikin Industries, designing and building manufacturing lines globally and improving manufacturing quality at a US company. Masahisa also was in management consulting at EY Parthenon and PwC PRTM(PwC Strategy&), leading enterprise-wide transformations, performance improvements, and new business development projects.
Masahisa has an MBA in global management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
