  • Led development of commissioning and start-up strategy for a greenfield 2000KTA ethylene unit. Determined resource allocation, optimized start-up schedule, and managing contractors. This effort resulted in successful start-up of a $2.2 billion unit, achieving over 95% asset utilization in the five years of operation
  • Managed a digital transformation program that overhauled operational work process systems. Guided development of new systems and oversaw execution of implementation plan, which promised a 10 to 15% increase in asset utilization.
  • Conducted multiple downstream oil and gas strategy studies for international clients. Projects included India market entry, assessment of impact of Washington LCFS on product volumes and developing a product strategy to navigate the regulation, and acquisition of a new consumer facing digital venture in the lubricants segment.
  • Drove over $60 million in EBITDA value through an operational transformation for an international fuels distributor and retailer in the North American market.
  • Led the assessment of refinery operations for an independent operator, identifying over $100 million per year of value through optimization of maintenance and operations processes.
