He leverages this passion to help clients navigate complex strategic and operational challenges, from growth strategy and operational improvement to large-scale transformation and negotiations.
Anass supports organizations in high-impact, high-pressure environments, delivering results through tailored strategies, cross-organization negotiations, and end-to-end transformation programs. He has successfully led multi-disciplinary teams and managed projects involving business expansion, operating model redesign, and profitability improvement.
Originally from Morocco and having lived and worked across multiple geographies, Anass brings a global perspective and a collaborative, cross-cultural mindset. He holds an engineering degree from École Centrale Paris, a Master of Science from Université Paris-Saclay, and is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at INSEAD.
