Gerardo has over fifteen years of experience with IT solutions. In the past, he has worked and analyzed HR data from more than 200 organizations of different sizes and industries implementing our proprietary Radial tool. Also worked customizing access control systems, implementing insight-driven solutions related to people analytics, creating solutions involving geospatial databases for the telecommunications industry, and providing customer support for the financial market industry.

Gerardo has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and during his professional career he has worked with several technologies including MS SQL Server, Oracle, Databricks, Python, and Java.

He is proficient in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

• Palantir Foundry certified professional, with expertise in data engineering, data analysis, and application development.
• Implemented a procure-to-pay solution in Palantir which enhanced transparency in payment workflows, improved vendor management, and increased efficiency throughout the entire procurement lifecycle.
• Implemented a solution to gather company data from different sources and perform benchmarking analysis with the results.
• Designed a website that allows users to retrieve geospatial information of circuits deployment requests. This significantly reduced the time of quoting new requests for the sales department of a telecommunications company.
